Adia continued to work hard on building her basketball skill set and know-how through the COVID-19 pandemic. When practices and tournaments were cancelled and gyms were closed, she worked from home. She participated in online training sessions and worked out on her home court. When local gyms opened and her home club, Nevada Basketball Academy, started modified practices, she resumed speed school training and went to every practice they would let her. This meant she played with her peers, mentored younger players, and scrimmaged with college players including Kenna Holt and Katie Turner. She trained on average 12-15 hours a week.
The hard work paid off. She was invited to play on 2 prominent Bay Area teams. She chose to continue playing with the Sac Stars on the 2021 Cal Stars Sacramento U17 Blue National Team.

Her younger sister, Sia, is an up-and-coming club volleyball player with Northern Nevada Juniors, based in Reno, Nevada.
For nine years, she played soccer for recreation leagues and the Sagebrush Patriots Soccer Club. She was a dual sport athlete for six years in soccer and basketball until she made the decision to pursue her dream to play basketball in college.
She has not decided on a major, but is considering fields that require mathematics. In the early stages of recruiting, she has been garnering interest from schools on the east coast, as well as the pacific northwest. Adia enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her dogs (Hannah & Slippers), going to Lake Tahoe, and camping. She also likes exploring new places while traveling for basketball.
